Join Yoga Garden PBO for a Monthly Meditation Workshop with Bill Wofford, hosted on the fourth Saturday of every month, 3pm-4pm. Learn techniques and receive support for establishing or deepening your mediation practices. You’ll explore various techniques, including breathwork, guided visualizations, mantras, and more. These practices will help you settle, clear your mind, and cultivate a sense of inner peace and presence.
