Join Jessica Rigsbee of My Depiction Addiction for a Lace Canvas Textured Painting Class on Tue, Dec 9, 6pm-9pm at the NC Arts Incubator. Get ready for a night of texture, sparkle, and creative magic as you transform thrifted lace into one-of-a-kind textured paintings! You’ll start by Mod Podging lace directly onto the canvas to build a raised paint-by-numbers-style pattern (it’s wildly satisfying). Then it’s paint time — bright colors, bold choices, metallic moments — go full maximalist or soft + dreamy, whatever your vibe is! No art experience required — just come ready to get messy, play with color, and leave with a gorgeous finished piece you’ll actually want to hang on your wall.

Jessical provides written, visual, and verbal directions, as well as curated supplies, so that you never have to feel anxious about your creative choices. She’ll guide you through the basics and then give you space to explore and do your thing. Spanish instruction is provided at this event. ¡Hay ayuda en español durante la clase – hablo español!
