In Intermediate Home Mead Making, you’ll learn about metheglins, or, mead with herbs or spices. Does it make a difference if you add the herbs in the primary, secondary, or after fermentation? They’ll answer all these questions and more. You’ll also taste some examples of different metheglins. This class is $50 per person and $75 for groups of two. All class participants must be over 21!
