24th Annual Flatwoods Festival

The Flatwoods Festival is hosted by the Tri-County Ruritan Club and celebrates a fun family experience. Festivities include an antique car, truck, tractor, and horse parade; food vendors; craft vendors; inflatable jump houses; and live music.

Vendor Rates:
• Nonprofit/Church – No vendor fee charged
• Local handmade craft vendor – $25
• Retail crafts/Jewelry/Novelty vendor $40
• Information/Professional display – $40
• Food vendors, $100. Food vendors are responsible for contacting the Chatham County Health Department for all applicable permits and inspection, 919.742.5641.
All spaces are 15×15 and jumbo space cost is an additional $10. Please let us know the exact amount of additional space needed. If you need electricity, please plan to provide your own generator.
Vendors will begin setup at 7am at the Bennett Fire Department and should arrive no later than 9am Saturday morning and plan to remain until 2pm (feel free to stay longer).  If you require special accommodations for setup, please let us know prior to your arrival.
