Join heart2heartnc at The Plant for an Evening of Reflection and Remembrance on Mon, Jan 20, 6pm-7:30pm. Come together in community to reflect and remember grounding principles and actions during challenging times – non-violence, mindful awareness, courageous speech, respect, kindness, and compassion. This special event, featuring speakers, music, and mindful practices, will cultivate the resilience and wisdom needed to face uncertainty. In the spirit of hope and healing, they will also draw on the teachings of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr., whose life and legacy are honored on this inaugural day.
