Ready to take your homebrewed mead (or beer) to the next level? Starrlight Mead is hosting Elevate Your Brew: Not-So-Dry January Expert Feedback Sessions on Sat, Jan 10, 1pm-3pm. At this exclusive event, you’ll receive direct, constructive feedback on your creation from a panel of industry veterans. Sign up for a dedicated 15-minute slot and bring up to two samples (mead or beer). You will meet with their expert panel for a personalized critique to help you refine your recipe and technique. The panel includes a commercial mead maker/meadery owner (15 years), a commercial brewer/brewery owner (5 years), a respected homebrew store owner, and a veteran commercial brewer/Wake Tech instructor.
