Join Carolina Cravings for Date Night Cookie Decorating on Wed, Feb 11, 6pm-8pm at The Sycamore at Chatham Mills. Learn to decorate perfectly baked sugar cookies for Valentine’s Day! You will decorate six cookie designs with Carolina Cravings’ cookie decorator, Iliana, as she provides step-by-step instructions. Basic decorating techniques will be taught, such as royal icing consistencies, outlining, flooding, wet-on-wet, and other fun techniques. The class is two hours long and includes a decorating cookie kit with six cookies, three colors, and two packs of sprinkles – plus, you get to take your creations home to enjoy! This class is for adults only, with a special Valentine’s Drink Menu by The Sycamore:

• The Frosted Vanilla: Vanilla-forward and gently sweet, this creamy martini captures the comforting taste of a classic sugar cookie with a smooth, indulgent finish.
• Midnight Chocolate Martini: Rich chocolate liqueur and vodka are shaken over ice into a decadent, dessert-style martini with a smooth, velvety finish.
• Kiss and Bubbles: A lively blend of gin, lemon, and effervescence—clean, bright, and irresistibly fun.
• Berry Smash: Muddled fresh strawberries and mint with smooth bourbon and bright citrus—refreshing, juicy, and perfectly balanced.
• Island Crumb: Tequila, coconut cream, and lime create a tropical, cookie-inspired margarita with a creamy finish.

Any of these can be made as mocktails. There is also a choice of sparkling, red, and white wines.

Tickets are $35 per person or $55 for a couple. The maximum number of participants for this class is 20, and the class must have at least four participants to take place. If fewer than four students register, the class will be canceled, and you will be notified and sent a refund. Please provide your name and phone number with your registration for updates.
