Join Chatham County Parks & Recreation for Creative Writing for Young Audiences on Sat, Aug 2, 9am-2pm at their Arts Center. During this interactive workshop, you will focus on both the creative and the business side of writing books for young audiences. You will discuss audience and the market, writing well, how to decide which path to publication is right for you, how to search for agents and publishers, practice writing a synopsis and query, and some easy ways to market your work. This workshop is instructed by author Dolly Sickles.
