Basics of Grant Writing: Building Logic Models

April 7 @ 9:00 am - 11:00 am

At Basics of Grant Writing: Building Logic Models on Tue, Apr 7, 9am-11am, you’ll take the next step in your grant-writing journey by learning to develop logic models and evaluative tools to support your organization’s programs. Students can apply this methodology to a wide range of nonprofit fundraising efforts, from healthcare to the arts.

The Basics of grant writing are not required before taking this class, but you should be familiar with the different parts of a grant and the grant writing process. Bring your laptop or a notebook and put on your thinking caps, because this is a quick working session and you will be writing! This one-class session is instructed by Dolly Sickles. Registration opens Mon, Feb 23, and closes Mon, Mar 30. This event is held indoors at the new Chatham County Parks, Recreation, and Cultural Resources (CCPRCR) Arts Center, located at 964 East Street, Suite 105, Pittsboro, NC 23712, on the backside of the building. To access the studio, drive straight through the open gate and look for the sign that reads “Arts Center.” Visual Arts participants may park in the back lot.

The fee to participate is $30 per person, and registration is required. Ages 18+ are welcome. See more CCPRCR events.
