Join Vino!! Wine Shop and Postal Fish Company for their Annual Dueling Sommelier Dinner on Sun, Oct 6, 5:45pm-8:45pm. Will reigning champ Annabel Butler of A-Vin-Garde Wine defend her crown against newcomer John May of Kellogg Selections? You’ll be the judge!

This annual dinner is a customer favorite! Chef Bill Hartley of Postal Fish Company has crafted an excellent five-course meal using seasonal vegetables and the freshest catch he can get from the coast, which he has shared with both sommeliers. Each sommelier will then select wines they believe best complement each course. Their selections will not be disclosed to each other or anyone else until the night of the dinner.

At dinner, each guest will be served two glasses of wine (two-ounce pours each) with each course, which sommeliers will describe in depth without telling you the varietal or where the wine is from. Then, at the end of the evening, you will vote on which sommelier’s picks paired best with the meal to crown the winner! At this time, everyone will finally find out what wines were selected for the meal.
