Join Starrlight Mead for a Mead and Book Making workshop on Sun, Mar 8, 1:30pm-4:30pm. The only thing that goes together better than Starrlight and a good book is making your own! Pittsboro book artist Josh Hockensmith of Blue Bluer Books will walk you through the basics of bookbinding with demonstrations and activities. You’ll learn about basic principles, materials, and tools of bookbinding through hands-on activities. Materials and instruction will be provided to make your own accordion book, sewn pamphlets, and a fun, combined structure called a dos-à-dos book.

This class is $45 per person and $30 for each additional member of your party. Registration includes all materials and one drink. Adults 21 and older only, please. This event takes place indoors.
