Watercolor Floral Postcards Workshop
The Chatham Artists Guild invites visual artists in Chatham County to a special Watercolor Floral Postcards Workshop on Sat, Feb 7, 1pm-3pm at Artist Kathy Flood’s Studio. Enjoy a class for beginners in which you “let go” and play with the unique properties of watercolor. Participants will leave the class with several loose watercolor floral postcards suitable for sending to friends and loved ones.
Please bring your watercolors and brushes; postcard paper is provided. The class size is limited to 8 people, and pre-registration is required – sign up here. Chatham Artists Guild member Rachel Brown will facilitate the workshop, and member Kathy Flood will host the session at her studio.
This workshop is part of the Chatham Artists Guild’s Art Skills Development Workshop Series, a fantastic opportunity made possible by a grassroots grant from the Chatham Arts Council. This series of visual arts workshops is facilitated by CAG member artists and is free and open to all interested artists, teachers, and high school students in Chatham County. The workshops explore a range of visual arts techniques and share specific skills to support aspiring artists who want to showcase and sell their work.
This free event takes place indoors. No pets allowed.
