At this Printmaking/Block Printing: Spring Flower Panels workshop on Sat, Apr 18, 9am-12pm, you’ll learn the basics of block printing using simple linocut tools and techniques, with a focus on winter and spring flowers and garden scenes. You will sharpen your drawing and sketching skills, carve stamps, and make beautiful prints that represent your spring gardening style.

Supplies are included. This one-class session is instructed by Dolly Sickles. Registration opens Mon, Mar 9, and closes Mon, Apr 13. This event is held indoors at the new Chatham County Parks, Recreation, and Cultural Resources (CCPRCR) Arts Center, located at 964 East Street, Suite 105, Pittsboro, NC 23712, on the backside of the building. To access the studio, drive straight through the open gate and look for the sign that reads “Arts Center.” Visual Arts participants may park in the back lot.
