Join Jessica Rigsbee of My Depiction Addiction for a Crafts and Laughs Guided Workshop on Fri, Jan 9, 6pm-9pm at the NC Arts Incubator. This workshop focuses on slowing down, dreaming big, and turning your 2026 intentions into a bold, beautiful piece of art. First, you will have a guided brainstorming session to develop your unique 2026 themes/vision. Then, you will take a cardboard base (about 10 × 12 inches), cover it with paper and dive into a treasure trove of magazines, decorative papers, and scrapbook materials to cut out images and letters that represent your vision collage for the new year ahead—your goals, vibes, hopes, aesthetics—whatever you decide to call in for 2026. Once your layout comes together, you’ll add the fun & extra stuff: washi tape, stickers, rhinestones, appliqués, and other playful embellishments to make it uniquely yours.

Jessical provides written, visual, and verbal guidance, along with curated supplies, so you never have to feel anxious about your creative choices. She’ll guide you through the basics and then give you space to explore and do your thing. Spanish instruction is provided at this event. ¡Hay ayuda en español durante la clase – hablo español! This class is $30 per person (pay-what-you-can). Ticket sales are final; no refunds are available for this class. Can’t make it? You can always gift your spot to a friend—just let Jessica know!
