• Reception: Crostini with apple puree, ricotta salata, and pickled peppers. 2024 Terlano Pinot Grigio and 2023 Terlano Pinot Bianco.
• First Course: Butternut squash and leek crostata with arugula and pomegranate. 2023 Terlano Chardonnay Kreuth and 2022 Terlano Pinot Bianco Riserva “Vorberg”.
• Second Course: Risotto with braised beef, mushrooms, and dried cranberries. 2022 Terlano Monticol Riserva Pinot Noir.
