• Strawberry Baked Brie & Crostini – Fresh baked crostini topped with brie cheese, house-made strawberry compote, blood orange and balsamic reduction, and a chiffonade of fresh basil leaves.
• Filet Oscar Wilde – Tenderloin of beef filet topped with jumbo lump crab, and a Bearnaise sauce with a kiss of Absinthe, all served over goat cheese mashed potatoes and sauteed asparagus.
• Guinness & Chocolate Truffles – Decadent Guinness and chocolate truffles dusted with cocoa and powdered sugar, served on pillows of Chantilly cream and finished with a salted caramel sauce.
