- Kale, Honeycrisp apple, and goat cheese salad with honey apple vinaigrette.
- Porcini mushroom soup with crème fraîche.
- Choice of Entrée:
- Shrimp scampi with garlic bread.
- Red wine braised beef with winter vegetables.
- Choice of Dessert:
- Chocolate and vanilla – hazelnut mousse.
- Soufflé lemon buttermilk pudding with raised blueberries.
