In Painting Exercise Workshop – Intermediate to Advanced on Sat, Apr 12, 10am-2pm, artist Emily Anderson will guide students through a series of exercises (oil or acrylic) to help them loosen up while honing skills in value, brushwork, and edges. Ideal for those with some painting experience and great for artists who are feeling stuck or are not sure what to paint. Supplies are not included for this one-session class – please refer to the list of suggested supplies here. The Arts Center is located at 964 East Street, Pittsboro, NC 27312, on the backside of the building. To access the studio, drive straight through the open gate and look for the sign on the door that reads “Arts Center.” Registration opens Mon, Mar 3, and closes Mon, Apr 7. This event is held indoors by Chatham County Parks, Recreation, and Cultural Resources (CCPRCR).
