Flair Restaurant and Wine Bar in Governors Village has a simple goal: to create a welcoming neighborhood restaurant, like Tarantini, that serves excellent food and drinks with passion, creativity, and style. They focus on French-influenced American cuisine, with many items prepared with incredible care in-house, including preserved lemons, buerre blanc sauces, slow-cooked brisket, and handmade desserts. Every time you eat their Roasted Chicken with Dill Buerre Blanc, Crusted Salmon, or their pastries, they hope that you’ll see the time and love that went into it.
