Fair Game Beverage Company

DESCRIPTION

Fair Game Beverage Company is located at The Plant in the Chatham Beverage District (also home to bmc brewing, Chatham Cider Works, Koshu Sake, and Starrlight Mead). Visit North Carolina’s 13th distillery for tastings and tours. Whether you prefer cocktails or flights, you can sample spirits in the tasting room, including Balancing Act Gin, No’Lasses Sorghum Spirit, and award-winning Flying Pepper Vodka. For beer and wine lovers, they also have North Carolina craft beer and wine – sweet to dry in reds and whites – to choose from, as well as a selection of ciders on tap. If you like something you taste, you can buy a bottle and take it home!

Their Tasting Room also features a pantry full of North Carolina specialty food products, including plenty of cocktail supplies like bitters, syrups, and shrubs. Plus, shop shelves of pickles and hot sauces, crackers, caviar, chocolates, peanuts, mustard, and jams. They carry Cackalacky and Fiddlehead Farm products. Pair your drinks with food from neighbor Kingston 99 Kitchen.

EVENTS

Visit for events. The Plant hosts festivals, conferences, memorials, private parties, corporate gigs, weddings, and more. Fair Game Beverage Company operates the “Events Bar” in the big building next to its Tasting Room. Whether you want to throw a private party in their “Reactor Room” or book space with them in other ways, they are happy to accommodate events. Give them your idea, and they’ll see what they can do to make it happen.
