Join Chatham County Cooperative Extension for Safe Plates for Food Managers Certification Class & Exam. This course prepares food service managers for the Certified Food Protection Manager exam, meeting FDA and NC food code requirements. Certification is valid nationwide for a period of 5 years. Here is the schedule for the week:

• Mon, Sep 15, 9am-4pm: Class Day.
• Tue, Sep 16, 9am-4pm: Class Day.
• Wed, Sep 17, 9am-4pm: Exam.

The classes and exam occur in the Cooperative Extension wing of the Chatham County Agriculture & Conference Center. Free parking is available at the venue. Register by Sun, Aug 24, 2025.
