First Sunday Pittsboro takes place the first Sunday, Apr-Dec, 12pm-4pm. 

Come out and enjoy a bit of Pittsboro’s downtown charm. This family-friendly event is free to attend. Artisans, non-profits, and local businesses will be out and about as you enjoy some sweet treats, food trucks, and vendors selling art, jewelry, textiles, woodwork, soaps, pottery, and more.

Just a few businesses open for First Sunday Pittsboro: Pittsboro Toys, French Connections, The Beagle, Screaming for Vintage, Carolina Cravings, Circle City Books & Music, Deep River Mercantile, Marigold, Reclamation, New Horizons Downtown, Pittsboro Gallery of Arts, and Studio 17.

CHECK OUT THESE SPECIAL FIRST SUNDAY EVENTS

• The Chatham County Historical Association will be at Pittsboro’s First Sunday Celebrations from 12pm-4pm at the Pop-Up Park at 50 W. Salisbury St. in downtown Pittsboro.  There will be live music, food trucks, and lots of artisans selling jewelry, textiles, art, woodwork, and more. It’s free! So stop by their table to say hi, and bring your memories and stories about Chatham County to share with them. First Sunday is sponsored by the Pittsboro Business Association, and CCHA is proud to participate.
• Show of Hands Gallery holds a reception featuring new artists, live music, and light refreshments.
• Join West End for The Wanderer’s Market hosted every first Sunday, May-Oct, (except July) 12pm-4pm. Markets include a new music guest each month, great food and drink from West End, and shopping at Finders and Seekers Emporium. See more events at West End Kitchen and Catering.
• Over at The Plant, discover First Sunday Sound Baths with Starrlight Mead, hosted 11:30am-12:30pm. It’s the perfect way to kick off your First Sunday festivities. More events at The Plant.
