Through cleansing rituals\, you’ll let go of the old and embrace the potential of new beginnings\, symbolically planting seeds of intention at an altar adorned for the season. Guided meditation will encourage personal reflection on growth and fresh starts\, followed by a journaling session to capture insights and aspirations. To deepen your connection with the equinox energy\, there will be a crafting activity\, offering a hands-on way to celebrate the vibrancy and renewal of spring. The focus of this chair yoga class is to encourage and explore the practice of yoga in a chair\, specially designed for people with challenges and changes to mobility. The class will begin with a check-in and breathing to get you centered. Seated and standing poses with the use of the chair and wall will be presented and practiced. At the end of the class\, they will have another check-in/meditation to integrate the benefits of your practice. \nHandicapped parking and a ramp are available in the back of the Yoga Garden studio.
