Throughout the night\, West End and Koshu owners will share photos and stories from their trip to Japan. Seating begins at 6pm and closes at 7pm. Tickets are $150 per guest for the tasting and dinner (plus applicable NC sales tax)\, and $100 for food courses only (plus applicable NC sales tax and ticket service fee). \nMENU \n\nFirst Course: Local mixed greens with melon and cherry blossom vinaigrette. Paired with Izumibashi Black Dragonfly Kimoto Junmai.\nSecond Course: Dual course of yuzu ceviche and miso soup. Paired with Heiwa Shuzou Ginjo. \nThird Course: Sea bass with mango pineapple chutney. Paired with Komari Tropical Junmai Daiginjo. \nFourth Course: Apple and sweet potato curry (choice of chicken or vegetarian curry). Paired with \nAmabuki Sakura Fubuki Sasanigori.\nFifth Course: Strawberry mochi. Paired with Nanbu Bijin “Southern Beauty” Tokubetsu Junmai. \n\nLimited accommodations for dietary restrictions are available with prior notice.
