DESCRIPTION:Embrace a journey towards rest\, both for yourself and the community\, with Rest & Reclaim Day Retreat Sun\, Nov 5\, 10am-6pm at Southwind Retreat Center. This is a full-day\, in-person retreat. Learn more and register here (tickets are on a sliding scale of $200-250 with payment options available). The day opens with a ceremony acknowledging yourselves\, the land\, and the practices\, followed by guided practices\, as well as solo and group interactive and reflective spaces. Leave with the tools for embodiment and a home rest. Lunch\, snacks\, and herbal teas will be provided.
