With the support of this serene oasis in nature\, each step invites you into deeper presence\, preparing your body and spirit for the breathwork journey ahead. The Clarity Breathwork ceremony itself is music-driven and intuitively guided by Kristin\, designed to shift you into a deeper state of awareness where profound clarity\, healing\, and emotional release can unfold naturally. \nThis session is for all levels. No prior experience required. Participants will receive: \n\nA soft\, supported container to release what’s heavy.\nTools for emotional clarity and resilience.\nA reset of your inner state through breath\, body\, and presence.\nConnection with nature\, your own intention\, and like-hearted community.\n\nParticipants should bring comfortable loose clothing and socks\, a water bottle\, a journal and pen\, and a small personal item or photo to anchor their intention for the practice. \nPlease note that the ceremony begins promptly at 10am.
