SUMMARY:Cozy Con South
DESCRIPTION:Come out for a day of panels investigating the softer side of crime at the Fearrington Barn for McIntyre’s first-ever Cozy Con South on Saturday\, October 12\, 10am-4pm. Meet your favorite cozy mystery artists and enjoy mingling with other cozy fans. For those not necessarily familiar with the term cozy\, they are a sub-section of mystery in which the grittier actions are not the focus of the book\, the detective is an amateur sleuth\, and the crime and detection take place in a small\, socially intimate community. \nBooks will be available for purchase at the event\, and authors will sign after the panels. Featured authors include: \n\nEllery Adams\nWinnie Archer\nValerie Burns\nLynn Cahoon\nColleen Cambridge\nMaya Corrigan\nTraci Hall (aka Traci Wilton)\nDarci Hannah\nLee Hollis\nRoz Noonan\n\nDoors open at 10am and the event begins at 10:30am. Tickets are $10 per person and can be purchased here. This event is co-sponsored by Kensington Books Publishing. Fearrington Village is part of the Chatham County Craft Beverages & Country Inns Trail.
