This is a 60-minute\, non-heated yoga class with creative sequences that are intentional and restorative and move at a slow to moderate pace (3-7 breath cycles per movement) to soulful music. Yoga poses are intended to release muscle tension and increase mobility integrated with intermittent core strengthening movements. \nThis class offers modifications and challenges throughout the flow. Brenton will share updates on the Chatham Digital Inclusion Plan\, which was drafted initially by Innovate Chatham before partnering with Chatham County to work toward adopting and implementing the plan. \nThis event is free and open to the public. Registrations are limited to 25\, but the venue can hold up to 50. Seating will be first come\, first served. Free parking is available on-site. This event takes place indoors. The entrance and meeting space is ADA accessible.
