SUMMARY:Summer Camp at New Beginnings Farm
DESCRIPTION:New Beginnings Farm offers Summer Camps specializing in teaching basic balanced positions and horsemanship\, and in providing fun outdoor activities. This camp is perfect for horse lovers of all ages and levels who want a hands-on experience with horses. They have beginner school horses perfect for the most beginner and timid of riders\, as well as intermediate/advanced horses who can school higher-level dressage movements and jump 3’3 courses. New Beginnings Farm is all about meeting individuals’ wants and needs\, so they can facilitate both English and Western riding. Riding sessions will include trail rides\, riding with cows\, mounted games\, jumping\, dressage\, lunge lessons\, and bareback riding\, depending on the camper’s riding level and desires.  \nWhen not riding\, campers will learn all about horse care and participate in horse-related arts and crafts. The day is finished off with a self-packed lunch and supervised swimming. Campers with their own horse are welcome to keep their horse at New Beginnings Farm for the duration of the camp at no additional charge. They keep their camp numbers low to provide a more personal and safe environment\, so be sure to let them know if you are interested in attending so they can reserve your spot! Your child will learn how to enjoy the great outdoors in their beautiful 6-acre farm setting. In addition to all the fun activities the farm has to offer\, they plan to host guest speakers/activities\, a STEAM-based project that campers will work on throughout the week\, and a Farm Entrepreneurship focus. \nAs a farm\, they are always on top of the weather and will adjust schedules accordingly. The farm offers its own microclimates and activity spaces\, so there’s lots of flexibility for activities. In the event of thunderstorms/adverse weather\, they have access to climate-controlled indoor spaces for campers to enjoy. Each week is limited to 40 campers\, with a camper-to-staff ratio of 7:1 to provide a safe and special experience for each camper. The farm offers its own microclimates and activity spaces\, so there’s lots of flexibility for activities. In the event of thunderstorms/adverse weather\, they have access to climate-controlled indoor spaces for campers to enjoy. Each week is limited to 40 campers\, with a camper-to-staff ratio of 7:1 to provide a safe and special experience for each camper. DESCRIPTION:New Beginnings Farm offers Summer Camps specializing in teaching basic balanced positions and horsemanship\, and in providing fun outdoor activities. This camp is perfect for horse lovers of all ages and levels who want a hands-on experience with horses. They have beginner school horses perfect for the most beginner and timid of riders\, as well as intermediate/advanced horses who can school higher-level dressage movements and jump 3’3 courses. New Beginnings Farm is all about meeting individuals’ wants and needs\, so they can facilitate both English and Western riding. Riding sessions will include trail rides\, riding with cows\, mounted games\, jumping\, dressage\, lunge lessons\, and bareback riding\, depending on the camper’s riding level and desires.  \nWhen not riding\, campers will learn all about horse care and participate in horse-related arts and crafts. The day is finished off with a self-packed lunch and supervised swimming. Campers with their own horse are welcome to keep their horse at New Beginnings Farm for the duration of the camp at no additional charge. They keep their camp numbers low to provide a more personal and safe environment\, so be sure to let them know if you are interested in attending so they can reserve your spot!
