Candleglow Sound Bath Meditation returns on the third Friday of each month from 7:30pm to 8:30pm at Starrlight Mead for a candle-lit evening sound bath featuring a variety of singing bowls\, chimes\, and percussion accompanying the human voice. Honoring seasonal cycles\, Ancient Song Therapy crafts sonic landscapes conducive to relaxation\, meditation\, journey work\, and integration. \nThis event costs $25 per person and is held indoors. In this Mental Health Matters talk\, therapist Danny Eller\, LCSW\, explores the hidden anxiety beneath control\, perfectionism\, overthinking\, and rigidity. Participants will learn how the mind uses control to manage fear and uncertainty\, and why those strategies often leave individuals feeling more exhausted\, frustrated\, and disconnected. This practical and accessible conversation will help attendees better understand stress\, anxiety\, emotional rigidity\, and the challenge of letting go\, while offering healthier ways to respond to uncertainty in everyday life. \n\n\nThis FREE indoor event is open to coworking members and the public.
