Plus\, enjoy: food and drink\, crafts\, camping\, yoga and massage\, workshops of all kinds\, guided nature walks\, a spectacular parade led by Paperhand Puppet Intervention\, songwriters circles\, advocacy booths\, live painters\, a band contest and poetry slam\, GrassRoots Vinyl Lounge\, dance\, vendors\, and kids and family fun. A music lover’s paradise. \nTickets are on sale now at their lowest rate here. Tent and RV camping are available on-site for an additional cost. Find camping information here. Traditional accommodations and short-term rental properties are located a short drive away in Pittsboro (458 West Bed & Breakfast\, Hampton Inn & Suites by Hilton Pittsboro\, Small B&B and Cafe\, and The Rosemary House) and Silk Hope/Siler City (Cedar Serenity Guest House and The Inn at Celebrity Dairy). \nThere is plenty of parking at the festival site\, and it costs $25 for the weekend or $10 per day per vehicle. Shakori Hills cannot accept entry of “Comfort” or “Emotional Support” animals. Upon arrival\, present your Accessible Parking Placard to the event security personnel stationed at the entrance of the accessible parking lot and drop-off location for entry. MOSAIC also has multiple accessible parking spaces\, centrally located in front of building entrances throughout the campus.  \nAt this time\, MOSAIC at Chatham Park does not offer sensory kits or quiet spaces for Autistic and Neurodivergent individuals. However\, they do offer a children’s play zone located beside the Philip H. Kohl MOSAIC Family Commons.

In this Mental Health Matters talk\, therapist Danny Eller\, LCSW\, explores the hidden anxiety beneath control\, perfectionism\, overthinking\, and rigidity. Participants will learn how the mind uses control to manage fear and uncertainty\, and why those strategies often leave individuals feeling more exhausted\, frustrated\, and disconnected.
