You’ll join one of their trained team members for a fun and engaging story time before creating an animal-themed take-home craft. After all masterpieces are created\, you’ll head out into the sanctuary for an opportunity to see some of CTR’s most iconic resident animals up close. This tour is offered only once a month\, and tickets sell out quickly\, so get yours today! \nThe upcoming schedule for Tiger Tales Tours is below: \n\nWed\, Mar 18\, 9am-11:30am.\nWed\, Apr 22\, 9am-11:30am.\nWed\, May 20\, 9am-11:30am.\nWed\, Jun 24\, 9am-11:30am.\nWed\, Jul 22\, 9am-11:30am.\nWed\, Aug 19\, 9am-11:30am.\nWed\, Sep 23\, 9am-11:30am.\nWed\, Oct 21\, 9am-11:30am.\nWed\, Nov 11\, 9am-11:30am.\n\nAdvance tickets are required for attendees (no walk-ins available). In the event of an extreme weather event\, Carolina Tiger Rescue will contact guests to inform them if a cancellation is necessary.\nPhotos may be taken during your tour after you’ve signed your visitor release.\nThe Education Center is wheelchair-accessible; however\, the gravel and grass paths may be more challenging to navigate for individuals with mobility impairments. Golf carts are available to assist guests as needed. If you have accessibility concerns\, please call 919.542.4648 to make arrangements before your visit.\nGPS may not provide accurate directions to CTR’s location. They recommend using the directions from their website to ensure a successful arrival.\nCTR does not allow outside animals anywhere on the property. Please leave your pets at home.

Upon arrival\, present your Accessible Parking Placard to the event security personnel stationed at the entrance of the accessible parking lot and drop-off location for entry. MOSAIC also has multiple accessible parking spaces\, centrally located in front of building entrances throughout the campus.  \nAt this time\, MOSAIC at Chatham Park does not offer sensory kits or quiet spaces for Autistic and Neurodivergent individuals. SUMMARY:Cool Creek Farm Summer Camps
DESCRIPTION:Join Cool Creek Farm for Summer Camps\, hosted during select weeks in June\, July\, and August 2026. Camp days follow an easy flow that starts with a morning circle and conversation\, and reading aloud of quality children’s literature. The bulk of the day is spent with campers choosing their own activities and using their imaginations. Campers can snack whenever they like\, but lunch is eaten together\, sometimes as a picnic under the Bald Cypress or giant Ash tree\, and then they read some more! Camp weeks are enhanced by a special visitor every Wednesday morning. A structured activity or form of entertainment is shared with the whole group. Seasonal free-play options throughout the day include: \n\nSports\, games\, and play structures.\nCrafts.\nCreek and sand play.\nVisiting with the goats and collecting eggs.\nFort building and tree climbing.\nSlip-n-sliding with a break for homemade popsicles.\nTrail walks and campfires.\n\nCamps occur on a 26-acre farm in Pittsboro\, NC\, run by Camp Director Melissa Frey and her adult daughter\, Marinne. Melissa provides structure\, safety\, and supplies to help campers accomplish their ideas for the day. Melissa is passionate about the benefits of significant free-play time for all ages\, away from electronics. She is thrilled to share her farm and watch the kids find their way and feel joy in this setting. \nCAMP DATES & DETAILS \nCamp is held during the following weeks: \n\nMon\, Jun 15-Thu\, Jun 18\, 8:30am-2pm.\nMon\, Jun 22-Thu\, Jun 25\, 8:30am-2pm.\nMon\, Jun 29-Thu\, Jul 2\, 8:30am-2pm.\nMon\, Jul 13-Thu\, Jul 16\, 8:30am-2pm.\nMon\, Jul 20-Thu\, Jul 23\, 8:30am-2pm.\nMon\, Jul 27-Thu\, Jul 30\, 8:30am-2pm.\nMon\, Aug 10-Thu\, Aug 13\, 8:30am-2pm.\nMon\, Aug 17-Thu\, Aug 20\, 8:30am-2pm.\n\nEach week is limited to 8-16 campers\, ages 6-9 (rising 1st-4th graders)\, with an adult-to-camper ratio of 1:8 or better. Camp days follow an easy flow that starts with a morning circle and conversation\, and reading aloud of quality children’s literature. The bulk of the day is spent with campers choosing their own activities and using their imaginations. Campers can snack whenever they like\, but lunch is eaten together\, sometimes as a picnic under the Bald Cypress or giant Ash tree\, and then they read some more! Camp weeks are enhanced by a special visitor every Wednesday morning. A structured activity or form of entertainment is shared with the whole group. Seasonal free-play options throughout the day include: \n\nSports\, games\, and play structures.\nCrafts.\nCreek and sand play.\nVisiting with the goats and collecting eggs.\nFort building and tree climbing.\nSlip-n-sliding with a break for homemade popsicles.\nTrail walks and campfires.\n\nCamps occur on a 26-acre farm in Pittsboro\, NC\, run by Camp Director Melissa Frey and her adult daughter\, Marinne. Melissa provides structure\, safety\, and supplies to help campers accomplish their ideas for the day. Melissa is passionate about the benefits of significant free-play time for all ages\, away from electronics. Your child will learn how to enjoy the great outdoors in their beautiful 6-acre farm setting. Seasonal free-play options throughout the day include: \n\nSports\, games\, and play structures.\nCrafts.\nCreek and sand play.\nVisiting with the goats and collecting eggs.\nFort building and tree climbing.\nSlip-n-sliding with a break for homemade popsicles.\nTrail walks and campfires.\n\nCamps occur on a 26-acre farm in Pittsboro\, NC\, run by Camp Director Melissa Frey and her adult daughter\, Marinne. Melissa provides structure\, safety\, and supplies to help campers accomplish their ideas for the day. Melissa is passionate about the benefits of significant free-play time for all ages\, away from electronics. The farm offers its own microclimates and activity spaces\, so there’s lots of flexibility for activities. In the event of thunderstorms/adverse weather\, they have access to climate-controlled indoor spaces for campers to enjoy. Each week is limited to 40 campers\, with a camper-to-staff ratio of 7:1 to provide a safe and special experience for each camper. SUMMARY:Cool Creek Farm Summer Camps
DESCRIPTION:Join Cool Creek Farm for Summer Camps\, hosted during select weeks in June\, July\, and August 2026. Camp days follow an easy flow that starts with a morning circle and conversation\, and reading aloud of quality children’s literature. The bulk of the day is spent with campers choosing their own activities and using their imaginations. Campers can snack whenever they like\, but lunch is eaten together\, sometimes as a picnic under the Bald Cypress or giant Ash tree\, and then they read some more! Camp weeks are enhanced by a special visitor every Wednesday morning. A structured activity or form of entertainment is shared with the whole group. Seasonal free-play options throughout the day include: \n\nSports\, games\, and play structures.\nCrafts.\nCreek and sand play.\nVisiting with the goats and collecting eggs.\nFort building and tree climbing.\nSlip-n-sliding with a break for homemade popsicles.\nTrail walks and campfires.\n\nCamps occur on a 26-acre farm in Pittsboro\, NC\, run by Camp Director Melissa Frey and her adult daughter\, Marinne. Melissa provides structure\, safety\, and supplies to help campers accomplish their ideas for the day. Melissa is passionate about the benefits of significant free-play time for all ages\, away from electronics. SUMMARY:Summer Camps at Old Mill Farm
DESCRIPTION:Join Old Mill Farm for 2026 Summer Camps\, hosted select weeks in June\, July\, and August\, 2026\, 8:30am-3pm. Each day offers new ideas and activities! Your child will learn how to enjoy the great outdoors in their beautiful 6-acre farm setting. Activities vary day to day\, but a bulk of a camper’s day will be spent outdoors tending to\, feeding\, and caring for the animals\, fishing in the pond\, collecting eggs for their farm stand\, doing farm crafts\, gardening\, playing outdoor games\, and learning about life on a farm. In addition to all the fun activities the farm has to offer\, they plan to host guest speakers/activities\, a STEAM-based project that campers will work on throughout the week\, and a Farm Entrepreneurship focus. \nAs a farm\, they are always on top of the weather and will adjust schedules accordingly. The farm offers its own microclimates and activity spaces\, so there’s lots of flexibility for activities. In the event of thunderstorms/adverse weather\, they have access to climate-controlled indoor spaces for campers to enjoy. Each week is limited to 40 campers\, with a camper-to-staff ratio of 7:1 to provide a safe and special experience for each camper. There is sunscreen at camp. Please indicate if your child is allergic to any sunscreens and cannot use the sunscreen provided by the camp if the child forgets theirs.\nBug spray.\nClosed-toe shoes and shoes for water play (Crocs or water shoes).\nSun hat.\nChange clothes in a Ziplock Bag for accidents or wet clothing.\nTowel.\nTall socks (to avoid blisters with boots).\n\nCamp is $395 per camper per week.
