DESCRIPTION:Join instructor Penny Pau for this exciting Vegan Asian Cooking Demo Sun\, Jun 9\, 11am-2pm at Piedmont Farm Animal Refuge. Chef Pau will give a full demonstration of her Japchae recipe\, a Korean stir-fried noodle dish featuring fresh vegetables and BBQ-sauced crumbles. This demonstration includes a full meal for each guest. Additionally\, there will be tips and recipe handouts for creating Chinese Cucumber Salad and Thai Mango Sticky Rice (dessert) at home. There will also be a mini-tour with the refuge cow residents! Tickets are $30 per person and limited. Reserve your spot for this class while supporting the refuge.
