DESCRIPTION:Join Yoga Garden PBO for Summer Solstice Sound Ceremony with Garth Robertson on Sat\, Jun 21\, 5pm-6:30pm. Garth humbly offers Sound Ceremony\, a modality that combines the two for a deep and meaningful experience. Guided by instruments from around the world\, each person present co-creates a special container that serves as a collective pathway into your deeper selves and your collective healing. \nThere are mats and supports available at Yoga Garden\, but please feel free to bring whatever you need to be comfortable on the ground for the duration of the session\, which can last over an hour. If there is anything specific you’d like support with during the session\, please let Garth know before the Ceremony begins. \nSome benefits of Sacred Sound include: \n\nReduced stress and anxiety significantly.\nLower anger and blood pressure.\nImproved circulation and increased blood flow.\nDeep relaxation and pain relief.\nChakra balancing.\n\nThis class is open to all levels.
