How will Chana balance her love of baking against her family’s need for security? \n\n\nABOUT THE AUTHOR \nSharon Kurtzman worked in television marketing before pursuing her dream of becoming a writer. She earned her MFA in fiction from Vermont College of Fine Arts and her undergraduate degree from Syracuse University’s Newhouse School of Public Communications. The Lost Baker of Vienna was inspired by the war and postwar experiences of her own family\, who were Holocaust survivors. Smooth and silky\, with complexly layered flavors that include papaya\, mango\, rosewater\, peach\, and honey.\nDewazakura Yukimanman “Snow Country” Daiginjo is polished to 35% and aged for 5 years at 25°F. Well-rounded\, full-bodied\, and smooth\, with persimmon and pomegranate notes.\nAmabuki Rhododendron Junmai Daiginjo is polished to 40% and aged for 3 years at 32°F. Brewed with rhododendron yeast for a pleasant acidity\, bold umami flavors\, light floral undertones\, and dry finish.\nBorn Gold Junmai Daiginjo is polished to 50% and aged for one year at 14°F. They utilize modern electronic production techniques in combination with elements of rock and reggae to create a refreshingly unique studio sound coined ‘Island Rock’. Since its creation in 2021\, Righteous Roots has performed hundreds of shows and dozens of festivals throughout VA\, NC\, MD\, SC\, PA\, TN\, WV\, and DC. \nThere is no cover for music\, but tips for the musicians are encouraged. Most events are rain or shine; if they are in a position of having to cancel\, they will try to do so well in advance.
