At this exclusive event\, you’ll receive direct\, constructive feedback on your creation from a panel of industry veterans. Sign up for a dedicated 15-minute slot and bring up to two samples (mead or beer). You will meet with their expert panel for a personalized critique to help you refine your recipe and technique. The panel includes a commercial mead maker/meadery owner (15 years)\, a commercial brewer/brewery owner (5 years)\, a respected homebrew store owner\, and a veteran commercial brewer/Wake Tech instructor. \nSlots are extremely limited; please only sign up for one time slot.
