SUMMARY:Wreath Decorating Night at Bottom of the Fox Farm
DESCRIPTION:Join Bottom of the Fox Farm for a Wreath Decorating Night on Sat\, Dec 6\, 5pm-8pm. Each participant will receive a 24″ Frasier Fir wreath to decorate however they’d like! Bottom of the Fox Farm will guide you through the basics of gluing and wiring your decorations\, as well as basic design principles\, but other than that\, this is a time for you to get your hands dirty\, let go\, be creative\, and just have fun! They hope you’ll grab a friend\, bring your holiday spirit\, and spend a couple of quality hours together. You are welcome to bring a bottle of wine or your drink of choice! They will provide cups\, as they’d prefer not to have glass sitting on the tables while you work. There will also be hot cider and chocolate\, Christmas music and a movie on the large screen\, and a small holiday market\, should you choose to do a little shopping.  \nProvided materials include: \n\nGlue guns.\nDried fruit and flowers.\nBells and ribbons.\nPinecones.\nOther greenery.\nCinnamon sticks\n\nAnd more! If you have a special decoration you’d like to use\, feel free to bring it along with gloves. One ticket is $80 plus a $2 service fee\, and reserves one wreath. If you’d like to decorate one wreath with two people\, please only purchase one ticket. All sales are final. Tickets can be transferred. This event is hosted rain or shine.

DESCRIPTION:Chatham Celebrates America 250 presents an exciting Screening of PBS Documentary The American Revolution: Episode One on Tue\, Dec 9\, 6pm-8pm at the Chatham County Historic Courthouse and Museum in Pittsboro. This event is free and open to the public. The episode lasts approximately two hours. \nThis event takes place indoors. There is an elevator in the Historic Courthouse to help folks get to the courtroom. The North entrance at the front of the building does not have stairs leading into the building. Public parking is available throughout downtown Pittsboro\, including the lot between the County Annex building and the Chatham County Justice Center. DESCRIPTION:An annual tradition returns to downtown with the Pittsboro Christmas Parade on Sun\, Dec 14\, 3pm-5pm. There will be beautifully decorated floats built by local groups and businesses\, filled to the brim with cheer and festive spirit\, with fun costumes\, floats\, twinkling lights\, and more. Seating will not be provided. Spectators are encouraged to bring their own chairs and blankets. \nRegistration to participate in the parade is now open. Click to register your group today! Floats will line up on Martin Luther King Drive at 1pm\, and all others must be in place by 1:45pm for a prompt 3pm start to the parade. Information on road closures will be available soon.
