In conversation with chef Melissa M. Martin and food historian Von Diaz\, this event will celebrate the flavors of the South from North Carolina to New Orleans. You can look forward to: \n\nA VIP Meet-and-Greet from 11:30am-12pm\, extending an exclusive opportunity to connect one-on-one with authors Melissa M. Martin and Von Diaz before the afternoon’s festivities begin. Please note that a limited number of tickets are available for this special prelude to “Pages to Plates”. Access to just the Friday Luncheon can be purchased separately.\nAn unforgettable multi-course luncheon inspired by the authors’ celebrated cookbooks\, thoughtfully prepared by the Fearrington House culinary team and paired with sommelier-selected wines.\nDine in the company of these authors and share in the conversation\, culture\, and connections.\nLearn what goes into creating and producing a cookbook.\nDiscover tips and tricks for how to best cook your way through the books.\nHear stories behind Melissa and Von’s favorite recipes.\n\nMelissa M.
