DESCRIPTION:Hop on over to Siler City’s annual Easter Eggstravaganza event\, at which 6\,000 candy and toy-filled Easter eggs will be hidden throughout Bray Park for eager egg hunters to find. \n \nThe event is free and offered to children ages 12 and younger. Festivities include inflatable attractions\, games\, community resource booths\, and music. Concessions will be available for purchase. Photo ops available with \nthe Easter Bunny\, who will “hop in” to visit with the children. \nThe main event\, the Siler City Easter Egg Dash\, will begin at 11am and is organized by age groups across various fields. SUMMARY:Pittsboro Treasure Quest
DESCRIPTION:Participate in a scavenger hunt (in teams of up to 6 people) to find the treasure\, with prizes of $500 for first place\, $300 for second place\, and $200 for third place. The adventure begins with a kickoff at the SoCo patio\, with live music and a festive start. Judges and the party will be stationed at The Mod. \nBegin at 10:30am with a packet of clues leading to local businesses\, landmarks\, and special guest locations. Teams will complete a challenge before heading to their next stop. Prizes will be awarded for the best team name\, car decoration\, and costumes. \nThe highest scoring teams will win the biggest prizes\, but no group will leave empty handed. \nThe entry fee is $25/team for early registrations and $30 after April 15.
