DESCRIPTION:Join Piedmont Farm Animal Refuge for their Taste of Spring – Vegan Cooking Class on Sun\, May 7\, 11am-2pm\, located at their Pavillion. If you’re looking to expand your culinary skills in the kitchen\, then you won’t want to miss this vegan cooking class with Chef Nikki May. The menu for this event includes: \n\n\nFocaccia Sandwiches with Seasonal Veggies \n\n\nGreek Salads \n\n\nStrawberry Blondies \n\n\nDecadent Brownies \n\n\nTickets are limited! This event will be partially hands-on and will include a full meal. And since some of Nikki’s talk will include information on vegan egg substitutes\, there will also be time to visit some of PFAR’s wonderful chicken residents at the end of class! She’s been surrounded by inspiring\, good-cooking women her whole life. \nShe loves creating vegan desserts and seeing the reactions on people’s faces when they take the first bite. She specializes in vegan desserts and bread. She thinks this is one thing that makes her stand out. Some people are not vegan and love to experience her vegan desserts.
