Kundalini Yoga for Grief Workshops, 3pm – 4:30pm Nov 27, Dec 18
Explore your personal grief through breath work, movement, meditation, and personal sharing. All are welcome here! Amy Durso will be co-facilitating in November and Brittany Partridge will be co-facilitating in December. Each is a stand-alone workshop and the cost is $25. Kundalini Yoga is a type of yoga that involves chanting, singing, breathing exercises and repetitive poses. Sometimes the practice is called “yoga of awareness”. Join Yoga Garden Pittsboro in this beginner class to strengthen your immune systems for the winter months. The drop in rate for this class is $18. You can also purchase a class pass or studio membership for lower per-class rates.

Yoga Garden Pittsboro’s monthly book club is centered on spirituality & conscious living. Join them monthly for inspiration, discussion, community and connection. Fri, Dec 16, 7pm – 8:30pm Sacred Sound with Garth
Join Garth in traversing and transcending these corporeal bodies with ancient sounds from around the globe including guitar, overtone singing, chimes, Tibetan Bowls, flute, gong, frame drum, shruti box, tuning forks and didgeridoo. Sliding scale $20 – $30; preregistration required. This workshop is in studio only.
Body Mindfulness 4-Week Series, 4pm – 6pm Feb 5, Feb 12, Feb 19, Feb 26
Body Mindfulness is all about reconnecting with your body and finding your inner intuition around nourishment and movement. This 4-week workshop will incorporate concepts of mindfulness with an introduction to Intuitive Eating and Health at Every Size. Participants will have opportunities to participate in both discussions and various movement options, in addition to receiving information to take home and utilize in the future. This workshop provides a unique opportunity to work on healing your relationship with food and your body. The workshop is $300. Please preregister online.
