Whether you’re celebrating love, friendship, or simply the joy of good food, check out the Valentine’s Chef’s Tasting Menu at the Sycamore on Fri, Feb 14, and Sat, Feb 15, 5pm-9pm. Make your Valentine’s Day unforgettable, and treat yourself to an evening of elegance and culinary delight. The price is $80 per person. Valentine’s Day seating (Feb 14) is currently on a waitlist.

- Choice of Appetizer:
- Shrimp and scallop ceviche with winter lettuces and caviar.
- Truffled lobster mac and cheese with triple cream brie, fontina, and parmesan regiano.
- Lemon sorbet.
- Choice of Entree:
- Saffron seafood risotto with shrimps, scallops, and crawfish in a Saffron broth.
- Coriander and espresso-roasted tenderloin with a butternut squash puree and red wine demi.
- Pan-seared duck breast with truffled mash and mango demi.
- Roasted Poblano pepper stuffed with mixed nuts and vegetables on a parsnip puree with a blackberry-tangerine glaze.
- Choice of Dessert:
- Caramel panna cotta with a berry compote and chantilly cream.
- Chocolate strawberry shortcake with a Mascarpone whip.
