Join Yoga Garden PBO for a Monthly Men’s Group with Bill Wofford. The group’s mission is to create and uphold a welcoming space where men can share their lives and stories without fear of isolation or judgment. Here, you’ll find others who are also navigating life’s challenges and obstacles, ready to offer their support. Classes take place on the following dates:

• Tue, Oct 21, 6pm-8pm.
• Tue, Nov 25, 6pm-8pm.
• Tue, Dec 23, 6pm-8pm.
• Tue, Jan 27, 6pm-8pm.

Pre-registration online is encouraged, and sliding-scale donations are requested. Facilitators volunteer their time, so most of the proceeds will be donated to a local charity.
