Join the NC Arts Incubator for Elemental Wellness Sound Healing hosted every second Thursday, 5:30pm-6:30pm. Relax, rejuvenate, and recharge your mind, body, and spirit. Various instruments will be used, such as drums, Tibetan bowls, and crystal bowls. All sessions are by donation – they ask you to give what you can for an energy exchange.
