Celebrity Dairy invites you to dinner on the third Sunday afternoon of each month. Dinner menus change with the seasons, but always include Celebrity Dairy Goat cheese. Hosts Brit and Fleming Pfann enjoy sharing their home and everyday farm happenings; sometimes, that includes helping mother goats deliver kids.

They lovingly prepare dinner with the same care and creativity that goes into the production of the Celebrity Cheese. Other local farms such as Sunny Slopes, Perry-winkle, and Peregrine Farms provide fresh seasonal produce and flowers.

You and your guests arrive about 1:30pm for a bit of socializing over appetizers and goat cheese. Then at 2pm either Brit or Fleming gives a brief welcome and the "cheese chat" - covering uses, storage, and odd things they have discovered in their fifteen years of cheesemaking.

Guests then seat themselves at a long common large table for the four - five course meal. After the main course, take a break and tour the barn and cheese room. Alternately you may choose to relax a bit or wander about the inn. Then back to the inn for dessert and coffee or tea. Linger as long as your schedule permits. Sunset is lovely from the upstairs porch of the Inn.

The Inn is fully air conditioned for summer, and in cool weather we'll have a fire burning in the fireplace. You are encouraged to bring your preferred wine or beer. Vegetarian entrees are available upon request, and recipes are available for the day's menu.
