Huckleberry Trail Farm

DESCRIPTION

The farm festivities include socially-distanced offerings this year. Farm-fresh air at the corn mazepumpkin patch (select a pumpkin from the vine), a cotton patch, and fall atmosphere. Find designated quiet areas setup the entire season.

Every weekend during Huckleberry Trail Farm’s fall festival is special. The days are starting to cool off, the pumpkins are ready to be picked off the vine and Huck hosts a fundraiser for the North Carolina Autism Society (Saturday, September 26 and Sunday, September 27) and a portion of each admission sold will be donated to the Autism Society to help fund programs provided by the society for families with autistic children.

Each year, Huckleberry Trail Farm works to keep employees (farmhands) and guests safe, and this year, they have taken extra precautions.
They will offer opportunities for small groups to visit the farm during alternate times to help limit at risk groups exposure to other folks and will offer some nightly events (TBA). The family’s mission is to bring all kids back to the outdoors with a goal of making many of the farm activities wheelchair-accessible and autism-friendly.

Hours and Pricing: Sat, 10am – 6pm. Sun 1pm – 6pm. Last ticket is sold one hour before closing. Admission info. Directions.

Corn Maze
Four acres of corn and bushels of fun in an old-fashioned maze that has just enough turns to make it challenging, not too many so that the young’ns get frustrated and come out crying. Everyone who enters the maze is provided with a family flag to wave if things get too confusing. We also have a farm hand stationed on a viewing platform in the maze to keep an eye on things.

Hours and Pricing: Sat, 10am – 6pm. Sun 1pm – 6pm. Last ticket is sold one hour before closing. Admission info. Directions. Small group options.
To keep our admission prices as low as possible, we do sell our pumpkins, food, and merchandise separately.
