Chef Nick’s Bio
Chef Nick Murray’s experience spans four decades, with a start at 12, flipping burgers. He is a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America and has worked in restaurants and healthcare in NY and NC. Chef Murray worked at an upscale retirement community in Chapel Hill for 20 plus years. He most recently operated a restaurant in Siler City, a catering company and established a food truck.
