Siler City Farmers’ Market
March 24 @ 9:30 am - September 1 @ 1:00 pm
The Saturday Farmers’ Market allows visitors an opportunity to explore historic downtown Siler City, with its independent bookstore, the Farmers’ Alliance (in business for more than 120 years!), the NC Arts Incubator, Courtyard Coffee, and more. Guests will find a variety of vegetables, herbs, baked goods, produce, cut flowers, free-range eggs, goat’s milk soap, herb plants, gourds, hand-carved wood bowls and chairs, jams, jellies and more. The start time allows many of the farmers to pick their crops early Saturday mornings before they come to market. The farmers bring what they have growing at the time so expect lots of in-season fresh foods. Special events for the end of the season, in the past, have included a Chili Cook-Off during the Siler City Third Friday ArtWalk. Find them on Facebook. Check in on foursquare.
Saturday: 9:30am – 1pm
